  • Will my soup taste like coffee?

    The soups are designed to offer the great quality taste you know and love from Campbell. To ensure the product delivers on flavor, we suggest you run a hot water brew cycle without a K-Cup® pod before and after making a Campbell’s® soup.

  • Will I get grounds in my soup?

    We suggest you run a hot water brew cycle without a K-Cup® pod before and after making a Campbell’s® soup to ensure your brewer is clean.

  • What size cup is recommended for the soup?

    We recommend a 12 oz. cup to brew an 8 oz. serving. The larger cup is preferred because the soup will be hot, and we want you to stir and enjoy without spills.

  • I made this soup and the noodles are hard. What is the issue?

    When using a Campbell’s® Fresh-Brewed Soup® Kit it is important you follow the directions to ensure great product quality. In order for the product to best deliver on taste and quality, we recommend you stir the soup and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes after brewing to ensure the noodles are cooked fully.

  • How do Campbell’s® Fresh-Brewed Soup® Kits differ from the traditional Campbell lines?

    Similar to the other Campbell soup offerings, the new Campbell’s® Fresh-Brewed Soup® line offers delicious flavors, which leverage recipes from Campbell’s® expertise and heritage. Available in a K-Cup® pod, the soups are ready to eat in about 3 minutes and are 70 calories or less.
